Yes, there is. There's a hurry, Xander. I'm dying...I may have as few as fifty years left.

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, Sean and S for being in Houston! I'm sorry about all your travel woes.

I love the affect/effect conversation. Made me smile just reading it. And, I needed the smile.

I've been feeling puny for the past week and it exploded on me in the past 2 days. Coughing like mad. Woke up 2 times last night coughing so hard I puked.

Uck. I wanted to take a sick day, but I had some kids scheduled to do demo speeches today and I knew they brought in foodstuffs for said speeches and I couldn't let them down. I called my doc first thing this morning to see if I could get a late appt. today or any time tomorrow (day off! woot!). But, my doc is also sick, so they sent me to urgent care.

Turns out my mild cold set off a major asthma issue (I've never had a major asthma issue before and didn't know that's what it was). They wanted to give me a nebulizer treatment, but the only med they had is the one I'm allergic to. So, instead, I'm doing a home version of 6 puffs on my inhaler every 2 hours. Plus prednisone (boo!) and Z-pack.

I'm exhausted and really hope I can sleep tonight, but the doc warned me that I would probably have another bad night tonight before my meds kicked in good. And bade me hither to the ER if it got bad.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Eep, ChiKat, take care of yourself! Hope tonight isn't too bad.

Looking forward to How VW Ruined Dinner.

Glad you will be done with this class soon, askye. Lack of direction and contradictory instructions are no good.

Ack, ChiKat. That is no fun.

I am in Nashville. I am very tired of being in my truck.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I should be in bed. Instead I am coloring my hair and doing laundry. And contemplating what to wear to the bar tomorrow night. Meeting up with a bunch of high school friends.

Thanks, y'all. I'm gonna try heading for bed and see what happens.

Ginger, get out of your truck! Erm, well, you know, after you stop and turn it off.

Our wings are not tired

I should be...um...anything...really...anything...but sitting here in a theatre dealing with cranky old actors on this damned Christmas show.

The status is NOT quo.

I spent the last two hours cleaning and reorganizing the kitchen. I is tired. Hungry, too.

I had sushi for dinner. That portion of the evening was yummy.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

I had sushi for brunch! And it was yummy! (Although I was in danger of eating a small child by that point, so my powers of discrimination maybe weren't all that great. Note to self - don't skip breakfast!)

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm sitting in my living room, having just put chocolate cupcakes into my new oven, that I made with my new kitchenaid mixer. Life is good.
