So Annabel will be a pirate in pants, with a velvet vest and a fetching tricorn hat, and I think she'll be the cutest pirate of either gender EVER.
Ordinarily I'd agree with you except that Isaac is going as a pirate this year too, mostly wearing piratey clothes from his usual collection (Jolly Roger t-shirt, punk pants, eye patch and pirate bandana). So how's about if Annabel is the cutest pirate in the NW and Isaac can cover the Southern region?
