Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I want a burger SO BAD but my stomach still doesn't like me.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm having chicken walnut salad and Earl Grey tea right now!

Yes, it is FG.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I had some awesome leftovers- I threw together a chicken noodle casserole last night with leftover chicken, pasta, and a bechamel with tons of fresh sage and thyme. put it in a pyrex, sprinkled bread crumbs on top, and stuck it in the oven. Yum!

I was impressed that we didn't eat it all last night- but we restrained ourselves and were rewarded with yummy leftovers.

I can't decide whether I'm annoyed or pleased that there are desserty treats in the kitchen.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I had the buffista recommended mediterranean pasta recipe...yogurt garlic sauce, normally with butter & pine nuts. I was missing the pine nuts, so I substituted wheat germ, which is not as yum, but still fine.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

My stomach hates me too. And I gave it onion rings, and now it hates me more. I think I just should give up on eating ever again.

Last night I had one of those moments where I realized I had been hearing something wrong for a very long time. I was watching Charmed with the CC on, and found out that the word to the song used as the theme song are 'I am the son, I am the heir' not 'I am the sun, I am the air'. I also feel like it is cut off weird in the middle-- like the original Smiths song (I don't know it very well) did not jump directly from 'I am the son, I am the air" to "I am human and I need to be loved"

For years and years I got that wrong too!

Can't remember what it was that finally clued me in. Perhaps I looked up the lyrics?

eta: The full line is "I am the son, I am the heir / to a shyness that is criminally vulgar"

Also maybe it was when I heard the TaTu version that I figured out what it was supposed to be.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I had the same mondegreen. It was Bob or someone else I dated who corrected me, making me feel hopelessly uncool.

We are in the same boat.

And I REALLY want that burger.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Random: There's someone who works on my floor (for a different company) who flosses in the middle of the workday. That's weird, right? I mean, I get brushing three times a day (although I don't do it!), but flossing??

Ah! How Soon is Now! How can you tell if someone is singing those words wrong. They sound exactly alike-to me anyway.
