The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm watching Viva Laughlin.

It's not Viva Blackpool.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Kat, those pictures are so wonderful! Makes me happy to see you so happy.

I have been crazy busy the past two days. Crazy. Mostly yesterday sorta sucked, at least until dinner (dinner was verra nice). And all the birthday wishes were nice too, especially since I spent the whole day working my butt off.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I carved me a jack o' lantern tonight to my own spooky mix of corpse bride, edward scissorhands, nightmare before xmas, and some alice cooper thrown in for good measure.

It seemed a very Jilli sort of night.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I just installed Open Office on my iBook. It seems to run better than the 2yo version I gave up on.

Now must go on a CVS/Grocery run....

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Other than going to pick up my comic books and a few other items, I have no plans today.

oof. Too early, but soon I get to see Suzi and Megan Walker, and get my hair chopped, so it will pay off then.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Gronklies.

I was supposed to be tutoring today, but that just got canceled because the father of the kid I'm tutoring doesn't want to have to deal with the World Bank protests. (I'm about two blocks from the World Bank. The police have totally blocked off several blocks, and there's no street parking allowed for several more blocks around that.)

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I see Lee posted that before I called her. She sounded wide awake as I explained that while we are a three car family, we have four drivers and I'm the one who lost out.

K-Bug has my van, so I had hoped to borrow mom's Mustang as I hate driving DH's truck for more than a couple of blocks (it reeks of smoke and I'm sensitive). Well, mom took off early this morning, and DH is off running errands anyway. It is very strange to be stuck home without a vehicle.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Holy crap! I never looked at Dug's photosets.... but this one Hot Dog People is cracking me up.
