I see Lee posted that before I called her. She sounded wide awake as I explained that while we are a three car family, we have four drivers and I'm the one who lost out.

K-Bug has my van, so I had hoped to borrow mom's Mustang as I hate driving DH's truck for more than a couple of blocks (it reeks of smoke and I'm sensitive). Well, mom took off early this morning, and DH is off running errands anyway. It is very strange to be stuck home without a vehicle.

Turns out, I kind of blew off a friend for brunch, but we rescheduled for Wednesday night. So that's fine.

TV: FNL was excellent this week!

I'm with you ita on ER. We turned it off at the Johns Hopkins bound terminally ill kid going to a baseball game. That hit every one of my buttons.

I gave up on er before the end of last season and so far - I'm not regretting it at all. (I've got plenty to watch overall and specifically plenty on Thursday nights.)

Oh, DJ, I can totally see that.

I do like the show well enough. It's me that's falling apart.
