Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

Art Crawl!!!

Oh, and apparently, the screenwriters have voted to strike. . . . I say apparently, because I cannot get that story to load.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love his interactions with the new to him things, like cell phones and GPS.

I love how much he can communicate with a twitch of his mouth. And he's handling the accent duties pretty okay too. I've only seen him in two things, and he was definitely adversary in one (The Forsyte Saga) and kind of in the other (that Stephen King thing). Yet, still...love.

I may have to start up with DSM. Once my systems finish their file transfer.

Just watched the last 15 minutes of this week's Damages. For some reason my TiVo doesn't like F/X. Messed Damages up twice now. But I do feel that the last 15 minutes might have been enough. Messed up on Supernatural too, and although less Ackles is sad, I kinda got the point of the ep. Not the Buffista point, but the basic point. I don't think that's good.

I am out of painkillers for the month, pretty much. Which is sad, because I doubt I'm out of pain, and my normal ride is out of town for the next week. I'm jiggering the ER criteria to hopefully keep the visits well spaced out. Specialist says don't let it get past two days--I'm going to up the criterion of what I don't let get past two days. Before it was >=6, and now it's going to be >=7, or perhaps even 8.

Hmm. Lights out. Well, I've already installed the light bulbs. Let me make sure I'm turning off lights as I move between rooms.

I have to admit I don't quite get the pet thing. I see how they're fun and can be comforting, but then it stops for me. However, I doubt you can get how I feel about my knives. Luckily they don't get sick ever, and society will see me as the weirder one.

Ugh. I do hate my biochemistry.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I definitely felt like FNL was getting back on track this ep, sumi. Maybe not all the way there, but getting there.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I'm watching FNL. The entire born-again thing? @@. When you take self-righteous girl and have her go all evangelical it's just..... too too much.

Lights in the house are out. Noah is sacked out on the couch and it's so cute, even though my pediatrician is all, "NO MORE COUCH."

Sigh.

Sleepy. Should nap.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Awww, Noah and Grace pictures are good.

I saw a snippet of FNL and now I totally know what Coach and Coach's Wife look like. She's been in like a berjillion things, right? And he looks like Trey Wilson's younger, prettier brother.

Always Anti-fascist!

I know her from "Spin City" I think.Oh, Hec, he does, although I've seen him in a lot of things too.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Now tagless for your comfort.

ita, you should try some of Band of Brothers. Damien Lewis is really awesome in it. But it depends on how much WWII stuff you can deal with. It's got the washed out look of Saving Private Ryan. The cast is certainly stellar.

Went out with some girlfriends here to say goodbye. Sushi and karaoke. I sang "Good Riddance" and made my friend, Mo, cry. Felt like an ass.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm watching Viva Laughlin.

It's not Viva Blackpool.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Kat, those pictures are so wonderful! Makes me happy to see you so happy.

I have been crazy busy the past two days. Crazy. Mostly yesterday sorta sucked, at least until dinner (dinner was verra nice). And all the birthday wishes were nice too, especially since I spent the whole day working my butt off.
