Wash: Don't fall asleep now. Sleepiness is weakness of character. Ask anyone. You're acting captain. Know what happens you fall asleep now? Zoe: Jayne slits my throat, and takes over. Wash: That's right. Zoe: And we can't stop it.

'Shindig'

Natter 54: Right here, dammit.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

this is just weird.

I dunno - maybe it's just that I've clicked on too many of your links, but when I saw the name of the business, my mind jumped straight to tat, not photo.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Tat would be a better memorial. Harder to lose, anyway. And the dearly departed would be a part of you.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

And the dearly departed would be a part of you.

Good point. I don't want to be left on a piece of paper or a run of the mill photo.

I want my stakes to be higher.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, it seems like a weird combination of complicated and temporary.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Jesse! it's your turn on scrabulous. I blame Polgara for this.

Man, I could use some 4month old kitten entertainment.

It's been a crazy week and WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT'S ONLY TUESDAY?!!!!

Also, I'm keeping a close eye on Mister Kitty. He seems a little off. He may not be, it is hard to tell the difference between sleeping 20 hours a day and 22, you know?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Glenlevet, Laphroaig or Lagavullin?

Mmm, any and all would be the answer. Just as well I don't have any here as I probably shouldn't. The kids are driving me nuts, I think I need to get them out of the house, but I don't want to push them too hard. To the park I guess.

Kat! I've been trying to get in touch with you. Can I call you, or is your phone off?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Now I just made Mr. Jane a John Lennon's Birthday card and depressed myself all over again.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Today is my Wednesday, but it's also my Thursday since tomorrow is my Friday.

It's a good feeling. I need to pack for my jaunt. I've decided to wear Kat's black dress with the leather cutout on the bodice for the main birthday event itself, so that's out of the way. And I've IDed three swimsuits. Oh, all these decisions. I really want to sleep.
