I'm not going to petition for best pizza, but I do love my neighborhood Italian restaurant. Homemade pasta, nom nom. Torte de la Nonna to DIE for!
I'm just glad you can finally get good coffee in So Cal. When I first moved back after college, I was so sad about the coffee.
All I can say about food is that the Chicken Pomodori Panini I just had from Corner Bakery Cafe was

Slow night in the ER last night, and this month has been emotionally draining already. I feel a bit at sea. I do love my neighborhood Italian restaurant.

CAPTAIN NEMO's! That was our joint when I lived up in Kenmore Sq.
They wouldn't happen to deliver, would they?
I dunno, but they do take out. It's Giovanni's on Venice and Clarington.

The fact that this would let me stay home and watch
Pushing Daisies
and catchup with other TV probably has nothing to do with it.
We have a local place that does a really good Chicago style deep-dish. Anthony's.
Three Clover's in South Boston! Yummy delicious pizza.
