Thanks, Cash.
And I am!
I just sat straight up in bed with an urge to bake chocolate cupcakes.
I'm not baking right now (of course not! I'm typing, as is plain to read), but my brain feels so very very clear.
I almost kissed the ER staff when I woke up from my in-hospital dozing. And I'm going to keep moving as strong as I state to keep from startling myself into too-early pain.
Right now, though? No pain, and no anxiety attach hangover. Time enough for both of them, no need to rush.
I'm not clear-headed enough to be eloquent, but grateful and relieved I can handle.
Okay.
Back to sleep.
Ooh! About damn time you had a mostly-positive ER visit!
I'm going to use my new-minted medical insurance and see my chiropractor at long last this afternoon, and go ahead and set it up as a regular thing. My neck has been killing me these past two weeks, which I blame on the chairs I'm sitting in 8 hours a day at times.
"Friday Night Lights" gets Salon's "Buffy" award for the most underappreciated show of the year.
Right now, though? No pain, and no anxiety attach hangover.
That's FANTASTIC. Get some rest!
I have to soft or hard reset an average of once a day.
Is this what you do when the DVR seizes up? How do you do this without resorting to unplugging it?
Hold down the power button on the front of the unit for a few seconds.

Hmm. I don't think there is one, but I'll have to take a closer look.
So far I love the DVR I got from DirectTV. It's all logical and easy-to-use and stuff. Crazy!!!
GC's new 'do = super hot!
Cashmere learning to surf = super cool!
I need to memorize the lyrics to 99 Red Balloons today and figure out how to get a bunch of helium-fillled red balloons by 5 tomorrow when I have ZERO free time.
oh and do my job etc.
