That reminds me of the overheard from the pharmacy today.
"What has more omega-3? Salmon oil or fish oil?"
"You know that salmon is fish, right?"
"Yeah."
t meaningful silence
"So which has more omega-3 then?"

Phillies Lose!!!
I'm in search of really simple sauces, for when I'm lazy. Like this one I found suggested for tossing pasta (and which'd work well for when I've bought Buitoni or some other fresh pasta):
WHITE WINE SAUCE
1/3 cup dry white wine (I used a Pinot Grigio)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
Or this to drizzle over grilled pork chops:
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried hot red-pepper flakes
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Any simple suggestions?
The bottom one is hard to go wrong with.
Another good one? (no measurements, sorry) combine one chipotle, lime juice, pepper, salt, sugar, and cilantro. Good with shrimp
For seafood, white wine + butter + parsley, maybe either garlic or garlic powder.
For pasta, olive oil, salt, and garlic. Add parmesan, romano or whatever cheese you love. Cheese not required if you have another dish for protein source. Or for healthy one dish meals, add chicken, low fat meat, or fish of your choice along with veggies of your choice. Chicken breast and mushrooms are compatible - especially with a little lemon juice and wine. I like anchovies (which is not actually a healthy choice),but I'm taking a wild guess that anchovies are on ita's "never" list.
San Diego Loses!!!
I don't feel right in my tummy, and yet? Hungry. Bleh!
Oh, you could have some tea and perhaps a saltine.
ita, for fish - lemon juice, garlic, butter (optional flour to thicken it up)
easiest chicken marinade is bottled italian salad dressing.
