I had yummy chicken pad see eiw and I'm taking half of it home for dinner, because as soon as I get home I'm going back to bed, and I expect to wake up ravenous at midnight.

What are people doing this weekend?
Doing some cleaning tonight and watching Doctor Who, working at the bookstore tomorrow, and getting together with ChiKat on Sunday in her new apartment!
Oh, and getting my laundry done Sunday night since the elevator in my building will be shut down for two weeks starting on Monday morning. (Whoever thought that replacing that part was a good idea at the end of the month when people might actually be moving was an idiot.) I'll still have to schlep the laundry up and down the stairs next week, as well as my luggage when I head out to my sister's wedding in 12 days, but if I can get this week's wash done early, I'll be happy.

I am pretty sure in almost every apartment I have had the manager had to give me 24 hours notice befre entering if it was considered an emergency. I'm pretty sure thats par for the douse in California.

I have two concerts and a rehearsal. And I technically have a rehearsal tonight, but I'm blowing it off in the interests of seeing my house for longer than two hours at a time. Tonight will be my first free night since Sunday.

That sounds nummy. Pad see eiw would require me to schlep my ass outside of this neighborhood. Hmmm... it's a nice day - maybe I could walk 17 minutes each way to one of several places I'm thinking of....
