Tara: What's so bad about them coming here? Aren't they good guys? I mean, Watchers, that's just like whole other Gileses, right? Buffy: Yes! They're scary and horrible!

'Potential'

Natter 54: Right here, dammit.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I'm getting to the age where even normal drinking makes me depressed, exhausted and achy the next day. I had maybe three sakes last night and I can't stand the thought of living another day, let alone getting work done.

Some guy just tried to headhunt me on my work phone in my open-plan office while my supervisor was sitting less than five feet away. Ha ha what?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Bon, you're not alone.

3 drinks last night, and I think I could use a cave. We're not even talking hard/strong drinks.

Ouise, I've managed to push supper back to 6, so you won't be horribly late. We'll order appetizers and hopefully you arrive well ahead of the other food.

The Canadian dollar is now at par with the US dollar. I feel like I should go on a crazy cross border shopping spree.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I had 4 G&Ts last night, and I feel like a zombie.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yeah, I have a "one-drink maximum" if I have to work the next day.

In the last few years, I hardly drink at all. Not sure why that is, except I don't hang around with heavy drinkers that much these days.

If I buy a six-pack or a 750ml bottle of vodka for myself, it generally takes about a month for me to drink it.

I'm there too. More than two drinks and I feel like crap the next day.

Huh. Go Canada, I guess. Although that makes me less inclined to go there now.

The Euro is at an all-time high against the dollar. I guess maybe massive budget and trade deficits might be having a wee bit of an effect.
