Happy Birthday Lee.
Natter 54: Right here, dammit.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Happy birthday, Lee!
Happy Buffistaversary all!
What do we get for the fifth anniversary? Paper Clips? Is this the office supplies anniversary?
Jeez, we're a long lived online community. Somebody should write a book about us.
Appropriately enough, the fifth anniversary gift is traditionally wood.
Happy Birthday Lee! Happy birthday Phoenix! Ah, I remember that morning well, timing my refreshes to when I thought ita would be getting up and getting the board online. Still amused that I snaked such a low user number.
Congrats on D's first roadtrip (traintrip?)! How long was the ride?
Noah should be returning from his first roadtrip today. In the meantime, I spent much of yesterday holding Grace - she seemed pretty pleased. And when I came back later to tuck her in, the nurses had already tucked her in with Thing 1.
We've got wood.
Thanks for all the b-day wishes!
Love the Grace pictures!
I have a house full of sleeping buffistas, and coffee, and no work today.
YAY
Happy Birthday, Lee!
Happy Birthday, Phoenix Board!
I'm so glad Grace got to spend time with you, Lori. I am just sick enough to make visiting babies a bad idea.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEE!
As for the board...mostly I remember the labour pains. Closest I'll get to being a mother. I'm okay with that.
We have some Buffistas who were supersmart do-nothings in school, right? Anyone want to chime in with what could have motivated them? If anything?
Addendum: Thing is, I'm supposed to be teaching "workplace readiness skills" in addition to content, so I think it is important that they do even the stuff that they don't find particularly interesting. Because yes, your employer will probably ask you to submit a report at some point.
Oh! And the local B&N has The Book. I mean, of course, but it was nice to see it way out here.
