If someone else pulls a gun on you, and in the struggle for it, it goes off and kills the person who drew the gun in the first place - shouldn't that be Self-Defense, not "10-20 for Manslaughter"?
Presuming you didn't just break into the gun wielder's home, yes.
Okay, that's what I thought. I mean, plenty of other charges the guy would have been ripe for, but manslaughter didn't sound right to me.
