For a show I didn't really expect to like and only watched to support DB, I'm very pleased with the way this show has steadily improved.

Same with BONES. Fox has decided to space their remaining episodes out is my guess. Not a bad plan if everybody else is going to be burning off theirs during the holidays (they've got tons of their animated shows stockpiled, although that will probably take a hit later in the process for them).
Sweeps will be a non-event this year, I suspect.
