Okay.
Thanks.

Okay.
Thanks.
Were there 2 hours of the Closer?
No, just 1. Then Trust Me.
Here (east coast time) the "Time Bomb" episode of The Closer (the teenagers planning to blow up a shopping mall; Sanchez getting shot) played at 8 p.m., and then the new episode was on at 9 p.m..

Sorry, somehow my message was posted twice.
Right. Not 'NEW' - why tivo didn't pick it up.
Er, what Morgana said (it's the next time I could log on).I was relieved to not miss new ep.
I'm glad they brought, um, whatshisname who was shot back (I'm on dialup at home and will rupture a vessel if I click over and wait for imdb to load) and I hope Fritz and The Closer actually do get married. I also realized that I still think of the actor who plays her father as Maurice from Northern Exposure and it just PAINED me to think of him as being at death's door. I really miss all those characters from Northern Exposure! Maybe they should do a NE movie! I wonder if Sandy Veith would allow it or if continuing rights to the character were part of the settlement. SIGH.
Is it just me, or I am reading new humility into Kyra Segwick's performance, you know, 'cause she and KB lost all their holdings except their real estate to whathisname the pyramid guy?
I am SO OVER Thirteen and her Tragic Condition...I want to Minear her:
The trial goes well, she takes Foreman to a hockey game and gets smushed by a rogue Zamboni.
I don't know whether it's sloppy writing or the fact that Olivia Wilde appears to have gone to the Elizabeth Rohm Monotone Elocution Academy. And as a Kinsey 1, I'm not sure I feel comfortable pondering the implications of dating girls=pain and self-destruction,
dating Foreman=sign of health and faith in the future.
but even being mostly-het, I think that's that homophobia stuff the cool internet kids are bitching about.
And I *know* people who live as, well, Ticking Timebombs, and they don't bring it up every time they open their mouths...they don't have Huntington's, but it still counts.
OMG - that's hilarious. A rogue Zamboni?
Was that ripped from the Local Chicago Headlines?
(There was a rogue Zamboni involved with prepping Wrigley Field for the Black Hawks game that was, for some reason, played at Wrigley Field.)
I saw a brief newsclip of a Zamboni being moved on a flatbed truck. At the destination someone got into the Zamboni and started backing it up ... but they neglected to put down the ramp from the bed of the truck to the ground. oops!
I think I did see it on Oddball last week, but I didn't think of it when I wrote that. I just think Zamboni is a funny word, and I was thinking that the black comedy might cut down on "The team deals with the illness of One of Its Own!1!" promos.(Although I didn't like Amber either till she was about to snuff it...maybe the same will happen when I see those big green eyes wide with fear in the hockey rink...)
