Did anyone else balk at calling U2 "classic rock" or is it time for me to admit I'm old?
That made me sad. Sad and old.
y'all have hit all the points I'd had, so I'll just sit quietly and nod.
Oh, I loved Brittany smiling and clapping while Rachel was all offkey and weak and while Kurt was singing Mellencamp. She's just a delight.
Whatever happened to "retro"?
That would be "The Lady is a Tramp."
Who was the guest star?
And yes, the "very special" storyline was ow.
Rose's Turn! ILU KURT!

They called 70s music "classic rock" in the 80s, didn't they?
Classic rock isn't really about how old it is though, or at least not only. I see it as a pretty specific genre, and U2 isn't it.
I was thinking that as I was typing -- they called it classic rock as opposed to punk or new wave or whatever.
I just had to check. "One" is from 1991. 19 years ago. Oy. I could have sworn it was late 90s, at the earliest.
I'll always remember when that was because of the Berlin Wall video. But, classic rock? I don't think so.
I would really have liked to see a few more of the solos...Puck doing Lady is Tramp was awesome but what about the rest of the ensemble? I don't think we've ever heard Britanny do a solo and poor fake-stutter girl has become such wallpaper i can't even remember her name. Just that the only solo she's ever had was from West Side Story....and reassigned to Rachel.
Glad to know that Quin is staying with Puck. At least his family is manning up ;)
U2 is so very NOT classic rock. Sheesh.
eta: wait, if Joss is directing an episode, does that mean Becky is gonna get killed suddenly and unexpectedly? Or can we off Rachel?
