Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

The whole Burt/Kurt storyline last night is what made the episode for me. I definitely cried at that.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The whole Burt/Kurt storyline last night is what made the episode for me. I definitely cried at that.

Oh yeah, me too.

I liked Jesse's Girl, but I just think that Finn's voice is so mediocre.

He's auto-tuned all to hell and back, too.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I wondered if they named the character "Jesse" just so they could bring that song in.

Boy do I love Santana's voice. More duets with Mercedes would be awesome.

Did I see correctly that next week's episode is directed by Joss Whedon?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Yes, that is correct. With special guest star NPH.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I rewound and watched the promo several times. Aerosmith duet!

Did anyone else balk at calling U2 "classic rock" or is it time for me to admit I'm old?

“Not dead yet!”

To a sixteen year-old today, they would be.

Whatever happened to "retro"?

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I totally did a double take on the U2 as classic rock. Whippersnappers.

I cannot wait for the NPH/Mr. Shue duet on some real classic rock next week. I've been needing to wash the spectacle of the Gokey screech off of Dream On since last season's AI.
