Aw, crap, askye. Sorry about that, mate.
Happy Birthday, Omnis! And how will you be celebrating the occasion of your natal day?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm experimenting with various sleep aids, what with my chronic problem. Thing is, if I take a small amount it doesn't really help but affects me the next day, and if I take a larger amount it might help but affects me more the next day. Can't win. Grargh.
Happy Birthday, omnis.
Happy Birthday omnis!
ION, my ankle sucks.
Really worried about falling asleep here. And since it's only second period, that's a Bad.
Caffeine! Cold water! A/C! Stand up and walk around!
(I once fell asleep while talking to a child as a result of unwise consumption of Egyptian cough medicine which turned out to contain a soporific, so I feel your pain, love.)
I fell asleep in class once. It turned out, later, that I had a fever of 102 at the time, and I made it through the entire day, except for that short doze. I don't know how.
I agree with Fay's suggestions, especially the cold water one. And if you need to go home and there's any way to arrange it, it's possible you should.

Emily, sending you some coffee in case you can't escape and get your own.
So, in mememe news, I actually woke up to NO e-mails from tutoring students. I actually don't remember the last time that happened. It's been at least a couple of weeks. It's kind of nice to not have to think right away (they get panicky if you don't answer quickly).
Oh, ugh, askye. What a miserable start to the week. Though I must join the mommy chorus about your seat belt. I'm just sorry it's costing you big money instead of just a scolding.
d, those are beautiful pictures! And I think the scavenger hunt is set up so you don't have to be an LJ member -- anyone can post a link to their pictures.
Matilda is all over the map, size-wise. Mostly in 9-12 month outfits, but some 6-9 month, she still fits into the 3-6 month tiki onesie Teppy gave her, and there are a few 12 month outfits still waiting that she p ro bablywon't fit into for another 6 months ro so.
She helped me type this. j
eta: Happy birthday, omnis!
I've made a slide show for my next class, since first period proved that standing and talking isn't very wise today. I just feel so... not up to it. Man, I so need my own doctor. But that means I have to write an email to say, "So, you going to hire me or what?" SO not up to that, but I know it needs to be done.
I think some crucial piece of my brain is still asleep. Thank you all for your suggestions!
Thank you, vw! After next period, I can make my own, see if that works. Arghugh. Awake!
