I fell asleep in class once. It turned out, later, that I had a fever of 102 at the time, and I made it through the entire day, except for that short doze. I don't know how.

I agree with Fay's suggestions, especially the cold water one. And if you need to go home and there's any way to arrange it, it's possible you should.

So, in mememe news, I actually woke up to NO e-mails from tutoring students. I actually don't remember the last time that happened. It's been at least a couple of weeks. It's kind of nice to not have to think right away (they get panicky if you don't answer quickly).

Oh, ugh, askye. What a miserable start to the week. Though I must join the mommy chorus about your seat belt. I'm just sorry it's costing you big money instead of just a scolding.

Matilda is all over the map, size-wise. Mostly in 9-12 month outfits, but some 6-9 month, she still fits into the 3-6 month tiki onesie Teppy gave her, and there are a few 12 month outfits still waiting that she p ro bablywon't fit into for another 6 months ro so.

I've made a slide show for my next class, since first period proved that standing and talking isn't very wise today. I just feel so... not up to it. Man, I so need my own doctor. But that means I have to write an email to say, "So, you going to hire me or what?" SO not up to that, but I know it needs to be done.

My insomnia is better than it has been in my life. Working absurd hours may have helped. I'm snoring more though and my throat is unhappy. Lately I have fallen asleep on the couch with my hand on my keyboard. This wouldn't be so bad if I weren't working on other people's servers. Ooops.

Thanks, JZ. I had tons of fun taking my pictures. Wish I wouldn't get so many fuzzy ones; don't know how much of that is user error vs poor camera. I'm looking forward to the next one, and maybe will figure out the lj thing by then.

I have only one more full day here tomorrow, and then I return home. I'm really sad about that, actually. It's been a nice trip, overall. Wish I could have done more for my dad, but hopefully it's been at least good morale wise.
