Kaylee: H-how did you... g-get on...? Early: Strains the mind a bit, don't it? You think you're all alone. Maybe I come down the chimney, Kaylee. Bring presents to the good girls and boys.

'Objects In Space'

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I hope this one settles in and acts like it was made for her, Suzi.

Every time I clean the kitchen and leave, it mysteriously gets dirty and smelly by the time I return.

This happens to me and I live alone.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm moderately jealous of those of you going to Folsom, although I loathe crowds with such a white-hot loathing that I'm afraid I would end up miserable even at Folsom.

Our plan, as it stands now, takes into account my ACK PEOPLE thing, somewhat to Juliana's dismay.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Ah, well done!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Our plan, as it stands now, takes into account my ACK PEOPLE thing, somewhat to Juliana's dismay.

Nah - I forgot to take in to account the extreme exhaustion I'll be running on tomorrow. My dismay will kick in if I don't get to ogle the Dykes on Bikes and the fine leather daddies and their motorcycles (fetish, fine. Motorcycles, OMGFTW) or the Morris dancers.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Folsom doesn't get quite as packed (that's what he said) as the Castro Halloween crowd. It's a bit more tolerable, and unless you're the person on the leash and ass-less chaps, most people aren't going to be staring at you.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I'm giving blood right now AIFOkay. Maybe the more I do this, the less needlephobic I'll get.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Hey! I did that this morning!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Argh. I overslept, and missed pretty much every author I wanted to see at National Book Festival. I even had my alarm clock set, and I've got absolutely no memory of waking up and turning off the alarm.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

So glad to hear that the surgery went well, Suzi.

Safe flight to Joe. I gave him a hug at 6 a.m. as he and Drew were leaving to go to the airport and told him it was nice to almost see him. I hope I get a chance to spend some quality time with all of the Miracleborns soon.

Hil, that's so frustrating.

I'm too tired to envy the FSF peeps, but I hope you all have a blast.

I really want to go to the LA Country Fair, but it's not looking like that's a possibility. Feh. It's the last weekend that it's open, so I'm a bit bummed. ND and co. are heading to Knotts for their Halloween thing tonight. I'm not really all that into scary theme parks, but I'll probably go just to spend some time with him. I'll be really glad when Universal's Halloween is fully up and running and I can spend a little time with him again.

I had really bad dreams all night last night. One part of my dream involved renting the top floor of Plei & DH's house (only it wasn't their real house--this was one of those tall Victorians), and the house was haunted by something nasty. Brrr. Yucky nightmares.

Art Crawl!!!

Hil - that's too bad but you must have really, really needed the sleep.

I slept in, a bit. Fed the cats. I think that one of them is eating the new food and the other is not. I'm not sure which.

This means I have to watch them when I feed them again tonight.
