You all know I love my work, but there are days that I wish it were the kind of job that allowed for not interacting with anyone all day. I am so not in the mood to deal with people.
I now have a pumpkin spice latte and apple pastry. I love Fall!
I should come as no surprise that I have multiple ways of making coffee. After the failure of the primary coffee maker, I could go to one of two secondary electric coffee makers or two different kinds of coffee press. I also keep a bag of preground coffee in case the power is off and I can't use the coffee grinder.
What? Me without coffee = Sleepy, Dopey and Grumpy.
I do have Folgers coffee bags for emergencies like this, but I was so out of it that I forgot about them!

I have canceled all my appointments for today on the off chance I actually have strep and am contagious, since throat does not seem to be getting better.
Am discouraged.

A number of older women in the neighborhood (and a few of my clients) have espoused this theory though I've never run across anyone with upclose and personal experience to verify it.

It is actually pretty cold here today. I'm actually a bit thankful for that, since it was SO FREAKING HOT on Saturday. I thought I was gonna die on the non-air conditioned island.
I will never be competing on Survivor. That's for sure!
