I should come as no surprise that I have multiple ways of making coffee. After the failure of the primary coffee maker, I could go to one of two secondary electric coffee makers or two different kinds of coffee press. I also keep a bag of preground coffee in case the power is off and I can't use the coffee grinder.
What? Me without coffee = Sleepy, Dopey and Grumpy.

I have canceled all my appointments for today on the off chance I actually have strep and am contagious, since throat does not seem to be getting better.

A number of older women in the neighborhood (and a few of my clients) have espoused this theory though I've never run across anyone with upclose and personal experience to verify it.

It is actually pretty cold here today. I'm actually a bit thankful for that, since it was SO FREAKING HOT on Saturday. I thought I was gonna die on the non-air conditioned island.

meara, nice tattoo! vw, glad to hear that coffee has been achieved. It's too hot here for autumny anything ... although it's supposed to cool off by the end of the week. Kristin, I couldn't see the pictures of your kitten, but I'm sure he's cute. I'd heard th Effie Barry rumor ... perhaps she merely looked but didn't touch (like in the many museums in town). Teppy, sorry about the back, but glad to hear the boy is taking care of you.
And, for cross dressers of the world, please try to use some taste in choosing your clothing! something that fits, is clean, and doesn't allow me to check out your gender on the escalator would be appreciated!
