Wesley: And how does your kind define love? Demon: Same as all bodies. Same as everywheres. Love is sacrifice.

'The Girl in Question'

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

SuziQ, how cool! How was the show from backstage?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I had a friend in college that didn't know what her natural hair color was. She'd been dying since she was 13. She said it was changing color (getting darker), so she started dying it back to its original blond, and hadn't stopped since. Of course, by college she's moved on to more esoteric colors, but she still wasn't sure what it would be if she let it grow.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

vw, thanks for reminding me that I need to renew my passport! It expired in April and I completely forgot about it until just now.

I guess it's just as well I didn't try to go to Canada this year.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I finally got my passport back after the full twelve weeks they said it would take.

I had a friend in college that didn't know what her natural hair color was.

Can't she just, well, look down? Unless she's coloring bottoms to match tops.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Unless she's coloring bottoms to match tops.

Or shaving/waxing.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Bottoms and tops can naturally be different colors.

Or shaving/waxing.

Everything, though? Once again, Connie lives in a world where people do things on a regular basis that boggle her.

Mostly lurking...

So, I now have fabric (thanks to the amazing Raq!) to make a slipcover for my futon. A very bad picture of it can be seen here: [link] It really is quite gorgeous, and I'm very excited about it.

What do we think about this pattern for making the slipcover? (Go to this link, then click on table of contents to see the futon on the bottom of the page) [link] )

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Can't she just, well, look down? Unless she's coloring bottoms to match tops.

Eh, my body hair isn't remotely the same shade as my natural real hair. Humans are weird.

Gronklies. Please to save me from killing my boss, who is making craxy Burning Man-related demands. I hate Burning Man, and wish they were all out on the playa already.
