Not too read too much in, but isn't anal fixation some kind of arrested development?
According to Freud.
*sigh* DH got Red Delicious apples at the store. The irony in that name. I can't convince him to buy tastier breeds.

I'd heard an interview with Will Smith about using wet toilet paper a few years back. When he was promoting I, Robot, he mentioned the flushable wet wipes, which were then starting to become more popular.
I'm pretty sure I saw an interview with Will or Jada a couple of years ago where s/he talked about getting a super fancy toilet that washed you and blew you dry.
Tonight I made my very first pie ever! (Well I used to help my mom when I was little.) It was blueberry and it tastes pretty good. The only thing is that the blueberries were pretty runny once they baked and the bottom crust is just a soggy blue mess.

The Washlet!
I'm ass-obsessed today. It must come from wiping asses all day.
ION, I have to be up early to take a friend for an endoscope. She had gastric bypass a few weeks ago and is suddenly having trouble even keeping water down. I hope there's not a serious problem going on.

"They're paper free. Wherever you sit on the toilet, somehow it hits the bull's eye perfectly. It cleans and then dries you. It is just water and then air."
Nothing like the bathroom habits of celebrities to kill a thread.
I did mention my pie was really yummy, didn't I? Not too sweet either. I could have used some ice cream.
I'm envious of your pie, Sue.
I have no baked goods. I need to pick something low effort to make this weekend--perhaps the Pioneer Lady's other cobbler recipe.
Maybe I'll make a pie tomorrow -- I have a frozen pie shell in the freezer (I know, I know), and I was thinking about chucking it, but maybe I'll cook it!
Sue congrats on your first pie. I love pies. I miss making them just cause. I have small and individual sized pie pans, but the time and space I need to make them and not feel harried is not my reality at the moment.
I just got some peaches today though and I may make a small cobbler with them. That just leads me to wanting to make some vanilla ice cream and well, one of the two may happen, but both is a pipe dream.

ION - I have people coming over for a playdate tomorrow and 1) the living room smells vaguely of cat pee. 2) despite being less cluttered than it has been in a month, there are still random piles of crap out (thrift store bag and craiglist electronics, I am looking at you.) I think the only way around it is to move them into my bedroom tomorrow morning. right?
If I could send you pie, I would, ita.
I was going to bring the rest of the pie to work tomorrow, but I don't think it has the structural integrity to make it even there intact, with the filling being so runny.
I miss my cherry tree. I made pies from the tree in my own front yard. But the tree became a cherry shrub, and the birds got the ripening fruit, and no more pies.
