Happy Birthday Franny!

My kids were both being cute yesterday. My daughter and another girl in her class decided they were best friends while riding home on the bus. While doing a water surface tension experiment, my five year old son insisted that we needed a control. He already wants to make sure his experiments have proper controls, what can be better than that?

And I think either my kitties are too antique to get maximum enjoyment from the crack pad or I need to add more kitty crack to the pad. (My kitties mostly lie on it. They are 15 and almost 14.)
