Yeah, that's my experience. And that you get a lot of calls from Indian recruiters with very heavy accents.
Theo, you probably already know this, but make sure to edit your Monster resume every few days. You don't even have to change anything, but doing so keeps your resume at the top of the pile.

My kids were both being cute yesterday. My daughter and another girl in her class decided they were best friends while riding home on the bus. While doing a water surface tension experiment, my five year old son insisted that we needed a control.
