Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Wasn't he more the "has no address" kind of guy?

Okay, he's in about thirty seconds of this ep and this is so Sam's show. He's rocking right now.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Huh. That could be cool, or not.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Okay, now I gotta go back and read east coast.

Still, the evil women are usually more interesting in this show. And have longer life spans.

Guess we've got a new demon in town.

That must be it and that still doesn't rule out Dean as Ben's father. You know, we don't know what blood type he is.

Thinking about this stuff of Mary's friends and family all being dead: we really don't know much about Mary and John's lives before the kids. . . how they met, who their friends were -- was John close to the friends Mary had before they were married?

To me, Mary's circle of friends being killed off suggested a Giles' demon-worshipping salad days. I wonder what they did to call the attention of the YED.

Do we know anything beyond John was in Vietnam?

All of my "knowledge" is tangled in fanon and musings and not so much the show, I suspect.

Art Crawl!!!

I don't think that we do. I hope that they explore that a bit this season. (And it might help to explain why Mary apologizes to Sam.)

Man, Sam really rocked this ep for me. And JP brought the Texas again. Bless that boy.

Yes, I am on rewatch.

I know! You could hear the Texas in words where you didn't hear it before - - he actually had me thinking that it was quite an achievement for him to keep the Texas while spending all that time deep in the heart of Vancouver.
