When I do it in Boxed Set, I don't do it for every post, but I try to remember to do it if one show (say, Orphan Black) is being discussed, but I'm about to interrupt that flow by posting about a different show (like Arrow). But if people are already posting about Arrow and I'm going to join in, I wouldn't preface my post with "Arrow:".

Spoiler policy: For broadcast TV shows, blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
