I can pretty much guarantee that I am going to forget to label my posts when a conversation gets going.
When I do it in Boxed Set, I don't do it for every post, but I try to remember to do it if one show (say, Orphan Black) is being discussed, but I'm about to interrupt that flow by posting about a different show (like Arrow). But if people are already posting about Arrow and I'm going to join in, I wouldn't preface my post with "Arrow:".

Marvel Universe: Infinite Chrises
Discussion of all Marvel Cinematic Universe related movies and TV shows, including, but not limited to, the Avengers, Captain America, Agent Carter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, etc., etc., etc. ad-infinitum.
Discussion of non-MCU Marvel titles like the X-Men or the Fantastic Four is also permitted. Ties to comics may be discussed, but this is not the primary forum for comics discussion (see the Other Media thread).
Spoiler policy: For broadcast TV shows, blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast. For movies and Internet streaming shows, whitefont all plot-related discussion until it's been in wide release two weeks. Posters are encouraged to preface their posts to indicate the subject, particulary if switching subjects.

I think it would be very useful if there were an easy checkbox to select when posting. maybe one for each show in the thread.
I'm not sure what you mean. You mean a checkbox in the posting box to give the show being discussed?
I wound up not putting Tom's full list in the header because it made the header huge.
We manage to post in Boxed Set despite its ever-growing number of shows without any confusion, and the MCU thread seems the same.
Sure, if a problem arises we can discuss whether more complicated mechanisms are needed to thread nanny, but Boxed Set is, to me, a great inadvertent test case for how to manage a thread that houses lots of different properties that are watched/discussed by different people.
