On the other hand, the reviews of GET SMART are making me REALLY want to see the movie, which is a huge surprise, much as I like Steve Carrell.
All the ones I've seen have been terrible, and as a fan of the source, I think I should stay away.

Once again, it's usually not the actor's fault they're in a single bad movie -- lots can go wrong between signing on to a project, what with script, director, producer and star changes.
