Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])
Did everyone see that the scene at the beginning of Mad Men at Young and Rubicam was straight out of the NYTimes from Memorial Day weekend, 1966? Down to the heavy-handed dialogue.
Those people who are planning to go in against Limehouse in his own home are nuts.
True story.
Ha, so I saw on facebook today that my eyes did not deceive me, and my favorite local (to Kentucky) carbonated beverage, Ale 8, has been showing up on Justified. That is so awesome.
Limehouse is freaking awesome, and scary in a quiet, hasn't been unleashed way that Quarles only aspires to.
Also, how much did I love, "His initials are Boyd Crowder."
wrod...that was great. Favorite parts: Rachel's groin kick,Raylan and Art, the line about "feminine virtue", and the initials thing.
I actually rewound to watch the feminine virtue line again, because I loved it so much.
I LOVE THIS SEASON!
I was so fricking jealous that wasn't mine, I reckon I had physical pangs.(But it'll look right in the report when I steal it.) Last time I felt like that, Art was chasing that guy with the oxygen tank.
Apparently that prank with the Young and Rubicon (Y&R) guys dropping water bombs on Civil Rights protestors was a real incident that the NY Times reported on.

And so begins the rehabbing of Betty (Draper) Francis.
It was an interesting narrative gambit to write her pregnancy weight into the story (without Betty being pregnant), and made her character more vulnerable. And the cancer scare will (one hopes) give the character a pivot so she won't be so monstrous as she's been trending over the last two seasons.
January looked a lot like young Cybil Shepherd in this episode.
