Not javachik

Tim Goodman says he's not going to keep doing BB deconstructs. I hope that's not true. Here's his last one, if it is: [link]

Sepinwall interviews Vince Gilligan about the finale [link] and the neighbor with the cane? Gilligan's mother.

My jaw dropped at the ending. I didn't see Tio and the ... surprise... coming, I thought Walt would find a way to leap in the window somehow and pull a trigger. Brilliant to have Tio's bell figure into it.

The Tio actor did more with his face than 20 different actors can do with their voices and whole bodies.

Yeah, just watched last night. Still processing!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

We are really digging SoA this season. Although we are very worried about what is going to happen to poor Juice. How do you recover from stealing a key of cocaine from a cartel?

I've gotten up to episode 9 of Justified S1, and suddenly I'm realizing that in a strange way, this show is the mirror twin of Breaking Bad, with the brother-in-law (ok, ex's husband) involved in shady drug dealings that he's keeping hidden.

It also took a remarkable leap upward of quality somewhere around the sixth episode.
