We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens. But it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know...insane.

Art Crawl!!!

More about Empress' New Clothes - sounds like fun. I guess there is no hope that the 4 fairy tale shows will ever be shown over here.

Art Crawl!!!

Season 4 of Wire in the Blood is coming out Feb 5th.

It's so odd that Amazon informed me of that because I've never actually bought any Wire in the Blood.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I keep thinking that I need to sit down and re-watch all of LoM.

Partly because I feel like they cut something from the end on the BBCA version, but mostly because it's just awesome.

If I get my hair cut short(er), I'm taking in pictures of Annie's haircut.

I don't know that Ashes to Ashes can live up to LoM (especially as I'm more of a Sam girl than a Gene girl), but I'm looking forward to it, anyway.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I was at my mom's this week and she has HBO, so I got to see several episodes of In Treatment. Anyone watching it? It's an interesting concept--the show airs very night for 30 minutes, each night devoted to a different patient of the same psychiatrist, played by the still yummy Gabriel Byrne. He is very good, but the scripts felt a bit stilted to me. It was nice to see a whole show that is just about human beings talking, though.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

yes, I'm completely addicted to the show. I think there has been light talk in the premium thread.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

According to Ausiello's post strike list TV shows and how many episodes they'll be making, The Riches will be returning with 7 episodes beginning on March 18th. Why only 7? I want more Riches.

If they are airing in March, then they were probably in the middle of writing/filming the season when the strike hit.

Trust my rage

So, Joe and I watched two episodes of Breaking Bad last night while waiting for Frisco to fall asleep. I actually really enjoyed it - it reminded me a bit of the Sopranos in that it was rather twisted but the characters were still people I was interested in.

I'm a bit curious where you go with a lead character who has terminal illness that is supposed to kill him rather quickly, but I also found myself really liking the meth kid, which is surprising because on paper he doesn't sound like a very likable character.

Visilurking

I'm enjoying BB as well, although this past week's episode ran a little slow.
