"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

What I like about Rodrigo is that he is absolutely the male version of his mother. Same sense of humor, sarcasm. I couldn't date him for that alone.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

My goodness, that episode of White Collar was dirty.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Lydia became my fave when she went all badass protecting the witness that was staying with her back in season one. she's fabulous!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm rewatching WC right now, and I love that the first thing Neal does when being Peter is kiss El, and the second is put his hands on his hips. It's adorable.

Casual, feral, DeKay is great.

I love the look on Neal's face when a) he announces to the room he's an FBI agent--he looks all "Neat! It worked!" and b) Peter puts back on his ring and kisses El--he totally wants a piece of that (or some) action. Touchingly wistful.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, those were both great moments. I really read his hookup attempt with Sarah as an attempt to capture what Peter has with El.

Have I mentioned how much I love El? Because I do. She's amazing. I also loved her over-the-shoulder expression at Peter, all, I dunno, but I'm going with it!

I was thinking that there would be a thing with the ring. That Peter would have Neal wear it. But he didn't, did he? El had it the whole time after Peter took it off?

If Neal had worn the ring (he really should have, for the cover) the OT3 would be unassailable.

And, yeah, I totally see Sarah as a Peter/El replacement. El rocks. I have to give her much props for not getting herself written out of a slash pairing, because she's just that cool.

Yeah, that's where I was headed with that. If Neal gave Peter his engagement ring last episode, and El gave Neal Peter's wedding ring this episode, I was just going to call it all sewed up and done.

El rocks. I have to give her much props for not getting herself written out of a slash pairing, because she's just that cool.

Agreed. She would normally be the spoiler role here, where I wouldn't be able to root for a slash pairing, because it would necessitate me cheering for a breakup or adultery or whatnot. And I wouldn't want a breakup, because I really like El and want her to be happy. But no, she's so awesome, I can totally just slot her right in there, and yay, OT3.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Peter/El/Neal is totally my OT3.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Breaking Bad: I'm halfway through season 2, and I think Walt wants to be the BEST DRUG LORD EVER for the sake of being awesome, not just to make fat stacks. It's like he's found something that he's really good at, so he has to feel like a success as a way to make up for being a brilliant chemist who ended up a high school chemistry teacher.
