Tara: What's so bad about them coming here? Aren't they good guys? I mean, Watchers, that's just like whole other Gileses, right? Buffy: Yes! They're scary and horrible!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Mm, Raylan.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Mmm, Raylan with bedhead and lowslung jeans. Happy place.

Always Anti-fascist!

The Ho Ho Ho Job might be one of my fave Christmas episodes of anything. Christmasy, but fits the show, and is not Christmas Carol in any form or fashion. And yes, Parker does look yummy in the elf costume.

Art Crawl!!!

It's excellent. Although, I also have great love for Eureka's Christmas episode. (Which is quirky and Christmasy in a way that makes sense for Eureka.)

Human Target also had a non-Dickensian Christmas episode too. Also good.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Human Target had the disadvantage that it was the second tough-guy-forced-to-be-Santa of the season. I liked it better the first time.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm not liking Human Target as much this season. Don't know why they brought in the annoying women. "New Girl" the computer whiz from that one episode first season might have been good to have around. Mrs. Pucci should have given them money and stayed away. Ames became one of the guys way too fast, and she feels too much like a Parker-wannabe to me.

The holiday episode was meh. I like Guerrero but the actor can't sell the fights.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

My biggest problem with Human Target is I don't really like Mark Valley. I like the rest of the cast just fine.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

See, I don't mind Mark, but I am in agreement with Zenkitty about the two additional women. I think Mrs. Pucci needs to either been seen less, or become less naïve. I really have a hard time with someone as wealthy as she is, with so many connections and experiences with world leaders being so "clutch the pearls." Get the fuck over it.

The thing about Mark's character though is that they have to tone down the Jack Bauer nature of it. At this point, Mark is one step away from being Superman. He can do anything! It would be nice if they could think about the situation in terms of how to avoid sustained violence instead of releasing hostages (whether it be one of the team, someone the team knows, or a client) through gun/explosion battle.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

PSA: the Gunfight Epiphany ringtone on iTunes is *not* the original version. Grrr.

I think the sustained violence may be one of the few reasons I watch Human Target. These guys aren't any more subtle than they absolutely have to be.
