Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

PSA: the Gunfight Epiphany ringtone on iTunes is *not* the original version. Grrr.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I think the sustained violence may be one of the few reasons I watch Human Target. These guys aren't any more subtle than they absolutely have to be.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Is anyone still watching SOA?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Compassionately intolerant

There were moments of SOA this last season that I found jaw-dropping, but I didn't like the season as much over all.

It's definitely worth watching, especially the last three episodes.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Men of a Certain Age - I never thought I'd see Andre Braugher say "hug it out".

As I am watching early seasons of Homicide, I would have to agree. And also laugh.

Always Anti-fascist!

Maybe if he did it like Ari and added "you little bitch,", but otherwise you're right. Hopefully the cable guy will fix our On Demand and I can catch that one today. I really think Men...would have been a better choice than whatever exploitative crap I actually watched last night.(Has any network fallen further than A&E? Oh, right, definitely The Learning Channel...when was the last time someone learned anything there?)ETA: Nora, is this a rewatch? Cause I've gotta ask. That's the trouble with this job, uh, fandom...it's got nothing to do with life.

I used to watch Homicide on and off when it first aired, and the brief window of time it was in reruns. So I know some stuff but there's a lot of new to me things in there.

t /off-topic

Always Anti-fascist!

I once tried to win a real-life political argument on Daily Kos using nothing but Homicide quotes...for me, I suppose, it's never off-topic. The scary part was that I almost succeeded. Like Hardison, I couldn't resist a dramatic flourish at the end and overplayed.
