My mind confuses me. Because it took a few minutes for me to find out whether Peggy got shocked or, um, pleased by the weight belt thing, which would argue for a certain innocence on my part and yet? when they sent Sexy Redhead in to put"color in the old man's cheeks" I went to a nasty place.
I think she was shocked AND pleased which is why she reacted the way that she did.
