Anyway, I think it says alot about how he feels about Rachel that she is the one that he revealed that information to.

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

It really wasn't much that we already didn't know. I'm more surprised to see Don admitting it, rather than seeing it in flashback.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Okay.

It's interesting to think what societal pressures must have been in place in the era for the wife to stay with the husband, even with a physical sign of his infidelity.

Although, it does seem like it would have been difficult to prove who fathered a prostitute's child at that time. No DNA tests. Seems like young Dick would have just ended up in a foundlings home.

Ultimate Force: Is that the Annie actress from Life on Mars playing Jamie's sister? (Not Jamie Bamber - -the character named Jamie.)

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

She was also a "good christian woman". She wouldn't have wanted the child to suffer for her husband's perfidity.

Damages: wow. So - are they suggesting that Patty tried to kill Ellen?

What did Ellen do to make Patty want to kill her?

Or are they suggesting that Patty killed David?

I'm a fucking amazing catch!--Fiona Gallagher, Shameless(US)

My mind confuses me. Because it took a few minutes for me to find out whether Peggy got shocked or, um, pleased by the weight belt thing, which would argue for a certain innocence on my part and yet? when they sent Sexy Redhead in to put"color in the old man's cheeks" I went to a nasty place.

I think she was shocked AND pleased which is why she reacted the way that she did.
