Willow: Something evil-crashed to earth in this. Then it broke out and slithered away to do badness. Giles: Well, in all fairness, we don't really know about the "slithered" part. Anya: No, no, I'm sure it frisked about like a fluffy lamb.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Apparently we whined at first, but they were wearing actual Crecent City badges and the cars were right.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Is it a procedural? I guess it's too soon to tell, but I suspect this show may be Natter fodder more than anything.

Oh, I thought all shows with Po-lice were procedurals...uh, maybe not Joan of Arcadia. Have I been smoking the stash in the evidence room again?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I think that we defined procedural as shows with a "crime or mystery of the week" Thus, House is a procedureal, but Grey's Anatomy is not.
