Wesley: Hey. Hey, Gunn. Is something weird going on? … Charles, you just peed on my shoes. Gunn: I'll be damned. That's weird.

Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...

To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])

Compassionately intolerant

Having just finished the episode, the thing that tees me off is that Nate could have gotten Hardison to agree to the hypnosis so easily. That way, the 'science' would have been in tact, if not the 'I'm so nervous' shtick. I don't think the joke was worth it.

Otherwise, I really liked the episode. And Giancarlo! Nice to see him working.

And Giancarlo! Nice to see him working.

I don't think you and Frank are watching Breaking Bad.

Sadly, no. That's one I'll need to catch up on.

Art Crawl!!!

My recording cut off at the very end (need to start adding a minute!) - so when Nate told Hardison that he had hypnotized him, Hardison stormed out of the bar?

Hardison asked him how Nate could do that to one of his crew. Nate said that being the leader of a crew includes deciding when things like that need to be done, which is why Hardison wasn't ready to be a leader. Hardison looked like he was pondering this when he left. It seemed like only a partial storm out to me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It looked like a proper storm to me. Parker followed him out.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I agree with ita.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm surprised that no one mentioned my favorite throwaway moment, the sheepish look between Hardison and Eliot when they were asked where they'd been. And then the mumbled "went to the wrong address". I think that they were doing something else. Something porny. And someone needs to write fic about it. Shrift, I'm looking at you!

Hardison called Parker "Mama". I had to rewind and listen to that a couple times to make sure I heard it right. I wonder if that was scripted.
