The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Me too.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm surprised that no one mentioned my favorite throwaway moment, the sheepish look between Hardison and Eliot when they were asked where they'd been. And then the mumbled "went to the wrong address". I think that they were doing something else. Something porny. And someone needs to write fic about it. Shrift, I'm looking at you!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hardison called Parker "Mama". I had to rewind and listen to that a couple times to make sure I heard it right. I wonder if that was scripted.

Ask and ye shall recieve

mmmm, thank you!

The hypnosis stuff really bothered me too.

It would have bothered me in any case, but I think it ended up bothering me even more because it was shown immediately after the Parker ep, where there was so much about how far they would go for the team and how well they knew each other. To then have Nate turn around and hypnotize Hardison was just too much whiplash.

It's the same Nate from the season finale. It's the same Nate that's working off the slap. Nate doesn't learn. He's going to have to, soon. But he keeps asking for shit he hasn't earned yet.

But I don't know if it was the same Nate who went after Parker.

I don't think Nate realises he has to be decent to people. But he totally feels he has to save them.

This. Very much this.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Do you agree with Nate's premise? That to run your own team you have to be willing to do odious things to your team members?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

IIRC, the wrong address they went to may have involved furries. So, kind of?
