I think that it's a conflict of interest. What does anyone else think?
I must be missing something. Where's the conflict?
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])

Tom was privy to private information, research, and "work product" of Patty's team.
Isn't that more of a confidentiality issue? Since the client had already fired Patty PRIOR to hiring Tom, what he was privy to couldn't hurt her business.
Season 5 of MI-5 is coming out on Region 1 dvd before it gets shown on TV here.
But Tom is now representing the side that Patty used to represent, correct? (I don't think you said explicitly.) Anyway, if that's the case, then I don't see a conflict.

That's correct, Stephanie.
I think that it would be a real conflict of interest if he switched to Frobisher's side. I'm not sure how Tom's involvement in the case working with Patty would conflict when he was (briefly) representing them solo.
MM: Aww, Sal! Loud but shy! And such an utter and complete lack of clue!
(Also, now taking bets on whether Pete becomes a serial killer this season or it's the big surprise over the hiatus...)
Mad Men: Seconding amych's awww. Hee!
Also, we got a big reveal for Don's parentage. But in a way that I think still leaves it a little bit open for passing.
My cable was messing up and I don't think I recorded it, I know AMC will replay it, but I'm dying to know -- what was the reveal?
