And I wonder, what possible catastrophe came crashing down from heaven and brought this dashing stranger to tears?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Eliot does often wear that knit watch cap, which keeps his hair effectively out of the way. And he often pulls it back. I think in RL a guy like that wouldn't wear long hair, but I'm trying to relax and enjoy the pretty visual effects. The flippy ends bother me. I can't imagine Eliot Spencer with a flat iron. And you know his hair is curly; you can tell in scenes where he gets wet or sweaty, like in the fight with the Moussad woman.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Elliot's hair bothers me the way female action heroes hair bothers me in fights.

Yeah, the head-toss to try (and fail) to get it out of his face when he stopped whaling on Badger just bugged.

Actually, I thought that was cute. But there was no more fighting happening then.

There are many wonderful things about this show. I swear, I don't really fixate on Eliot's hair.

I don't so much fixate on it, but I do notice it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't work out why Sam's hair on Supernatural bothers me and Eliot's is love. It didn't use to be, but I like it longer. All hair longer than mine is equally impractical, maybe. And the idea of him sitting down and beading it is beyond hysterical.

Precisely.

I just mean, I seem to talk about little else, which may give the wrong impression. In fairness, I can't see Parker with a curling iron either, but her hair is always perfect and often curled. It's really unfair, that it bugs me less because she's a girl.

The subleties of long hair are lost on me. I would have just figured his hair grew like that if people hadn't complained.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

As for the mean thing Eliot does with his eyes. Not quite accurate. He also does it with his mouth too. It's very evil.

Ahahaha, so awesome. it looked like George Clooney in the ad for that movie, The Men who Stared at Goats (something like that.)

STERLING!

Man, you guys spend a lot of time talking about Elliot's hair. Speaking as someone who just started watching this show a week ago and has been since catching up on this thread. Not judging, only noting.

My own shallow comment- MY, Maggie looked like she was getting a lot of the Ukraine sun. While in prison. They hand out self-tanner with your jailhouse jumpsuit over there?

Parker showing Maggie her on-the-run kit= SO AWESOME. Love. Don't mix up the toothpaste and explosives! Wise, wise words.

Also, that bomb did not seem to be as badass as Surly Personal Assistant Dude thought it was. Considering he walked away from it quite easily.

Happy that Netflix only makes me wait one day till I can watch the new ep.

I just saw the whole preview for next week. Parker cries! Don't make Parker cry! Who comforts a crying Parker?

I assume it would have been quite nasty in a closed space, though. I wouldn't make that gamble.
