Inara: I think she looks adorable. Mal: Yeah, but I never said it.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Well, the Leverage gang aren't from Boston, right? Didn't the first season take place in DC or something? So I wouldn't fault them for saying 95 instead of 128. But there's no way Hardison would say "the", unless he's from SoCal.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

(note to Californians: NO ONE in the northeast uses the definite article with route numbers).

It's actually only Southern California that does that.

And Ontario! Well, Toronto, anyway.

In Chicago, we just name them all (the Stevenson, the Dan Ryan, etc.) so honestly you don't say the numbers much at all. Which is handy because it tells you what stretch of the various freeways you're talking about, but makes it very tricky for newcomers to listen to the traffic reports.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Also, I-95 around Boston is more precisely referred to as 128, which is the beltway. If they're living in Boston, they know that.

And also the North Shore. There's a big split and, weirdly, 128 goes west on the split, but ends up further east. I-95 goes to Maine (I'm ignoring that shakedown interlude known as New Hampshire).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So many people asked on John's blog about CK's reaction to having to wear eyeliner. I can't believe they thought he'd pitch some sort of a public macho fit. It's makeup. He was wearing some anyway.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

OH NOES, A BOY ACTOR HAD TO WEAR EYELINER.

Clearly, CK'd have to punch them. To prove he's all masculine and stuff.

And this is a guy with beaded hair past his shoulders. He's as manly as he wants to be. Which is plenty manly indeed.

Shirtless Hardison in two days!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I just rewatched the WC pilot last night (have gotten my sister hooked on it, as well as on Leverage). Referring to the photo of Kate, Neal said it was taken "four days ago in San Diego" and I thought, four days ago, wasn't Peter with Neal?

I want no retconning. I want this to make sense.
