I gave her everything... jewels, beautiful dresses -- with beautiful girls in them.

I didn't really like her, there's something about the way that she moves that I don't like. But, I am witholding judgment until she's really playing her character.

But Sophie vs. Tara wars? I'm assuming it's just maternity leave and Sophie will be back for season 3 and Tara will be gone. No point whining about it, but people are being so pissy.

Agreed - that's absurd. Then again, some folks may still not realize she's pregnant since they've been doing a better than average job covering it up.

On the other hand, if we're talking internet kerfuffling? No excuse for the knowledge deficit.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

::sad noise::

Not until what, January? Sadness!

Yeah, I am not at all invested in having or not having Jeri Ryan. I mean, at least they didn't try to give her a British accent because Sophie recommended her, right?

Now, if Sophie doesn't come back after maternity, then I may be pissy.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

Did you hate her on Leverage?

I rewatched the episode tonight and I really did not like the way she played her "real" personality as opposed to her lawyer persona. She giggles through the entire scene. I found it grating and unlikely in that type of character.

yes, and I didn't like her attitude towards the rest of the crew. if it turns into an "her against them" thing, I think that will get old quickly.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My guess is that they're going to be uncomfortable and maybe slightly resentful around her at the start, but accept her by the end of the run.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, Two Live Crew was the one that was supposed to be the finale (or whatever), right?

OMG that was one sick piece of product placement on Mad Men tonight! I liked the disclaimer that got thrown in.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Damnit, Betty, I knew that name was going to cause problems for Sally!
