So that's my dream. That and some stuff about cigars and a tunnel.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

The kimono moment was very clever. It was one of the first times I had an I See What You Did There moment; I hadn't really noticed the pregnancy much.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I know! The Numb3rs pregnancy stuff was all "carrying a massive box" methods. I like how they've handled this pregnancy in both narrative and visual senses.

I thought at the very beginning when she (eta: Jeri's char) showed up that there was something off and they should question her and the client separately afterwards. But then I forgot about it until the reveal.

However, I also thought that Nate's announcement of her parentage on the stand, without talking to her, was irresponsible. I don't know how well I would have taken that kind of news in public revelation. Furthermore, it's already been proven that the Bad Lawyer has no qualms about killing the person they thought was the daughter. I think they put her in danger in the duration until the ruling comes down.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

it's already been proven that the Bad Lawyer has no qualms about killing the person they thought was the daughter

I think revealing her in front of the judge (good to see a Latina judge, he says) saves her. If she disappears now...well, hard for that to happen with the lawyer in jail and his muscle turned against him. But it would all point to him.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The "wise Latina judge" aside made me giggle.

My favorite is always going to be Lily's hotdog eating championship for AH's pregnancy.

Trust my rage

Just wanted to add that I too thought the kimono was clever. They have handled that situation well.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I realize I don't look at the TV as much as one might, but I had no idea she was preggo.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

They've actually hidden it pretty well. They've done a lot of face shots, had her sitting at a table or desk, or shots of her from the back.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

My guess is that she is having a boy (if the baby's sex is already known, I haven't seen it posted).

If you didn't knew to look for the "hide the belly" moments, I could see missing the fact that she is preggers. They did a good and varied job of keeping the attention elsewhere. But I want Sophie back next season!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I noticed all of the sudden from a shot of her face in one episode.
