Inara: Who's winning? Simon: I can't tell. They don't seem to be playing by any civilized rules that I know.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I like that theory, but it would take something pretty major for Joan to get divorced.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

DW is convinced that Joan and Peggy will end up being roomies. I hope she is right!

OMG. The sitcom/spinoff possibilities make the mind reel.

Unfortunately, Peggy already has experience taking care of women who have been physically hurt.

Let's hope that if Joan and Peggy sharing living quarters that it isn't because Joan has been beat up.

I suspect that her husband will divorce her for a different/younger model. Someone "from a good family"

I dunno... Greg sure seems to be on the edge of snapping. Especially since it seems as if he's not going to get the Chief Res job. And even if he does, he's going to have that knowledge that his superior doesn't think as much of his ability as he did his predecessor.

The one thing about him that I can't seem to get out of my mind was how he yanked the cord for the vacuum from the wall and when Joan admonished him about it, he shrugged it off and answered, "I'll just fix it."

Which in a way, seems to lead into what you're suggesting, Vortex.

"I'll just fix it."

And when the episode concluded, I began to wonder if he could do even that.

I loved the exchange "I don't want to argue about this" "Then stop talking" HAR.

Clearly, so did Joan.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I loved how after Peggy's horrible discussion with her horrible mom, the sister said, "Well, that wasn't so bad!"

I was pleased to see that Peggy's new roommate is the actress that used to be on Undeclared.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I am having Mother Issues as of late, so it took a lot for me to not project that onto the screen and put my fist through the TV, Peggy's mom pissed me off so bad.
