Man, have you guys been watching
Southland?
I just caught up this week and first: Ben Sherman - WTF????
And then - Oh no Coop!
Behind on Psych. Did watch Mad Men - you guys had a lot more in depth stuff to say about it. I didn't even recognize Linda Cardinelli!
I didn't even recognize Linda Cardinelli!
I wouldn't have either if I didn't know she was in the episode.
Just finished the latest Southland and holy heck! What an intense episode!
Shit, I have been holding off this week's Southland because I'm not good with Ben from last. Trauma!
Southland was a fucking trip and a half. Very good episode and DAMN.
I know - Ben . . . .where do you go from there???
But seriously - not Ben-centric this week.
Yeah, it was brutal. I hope Michael Cudlitz gets an Emmy nom out of this season.
I have only ever been able to stand Sammy when he shares the screen with a decent person. Which lets Sherman out this year.
Apparently, now when Sammy stands next to Sherman - Sammy is the decent person.
I thought you were getting complacent, but that final scene, including the Gus bit, was way more sincerity than I was expecting from this show. Nicely done.
Shit just got real! I was not expecting that.
Oh, I forgot to mention that Zach Whedon wrote that episode of Southland. Very impressive! It was also based on actual events that happened in LA back in the 60s (The Onion Fields). The 50th anniversary of that was just last month.
