What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I watched it with my mom. She really liked that Parker gave the bear a crutch. And when she saw Amy, she asked, "Is she Indian?" Because she was so surprised.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I missed it. Drat it. I mean, TIVO missed it. It recorded the repeat that was on before the new one. Drat, drat, drat.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

As I said, I'm in early season 2 of "Breaking Bad" and Walt has some serious incompetence issues. I cannot get over how someone who has a ph.d. in Chemistry and is brilliant is so devoid of working out how many ways other things could go wrong.

I know this makes for dramatic impact and propels storytelling, but damn.

I absolutely cannot stand Hank and Walt's sister-in-law. I want them both to DIAF. Like yesterday. I guess they both will show some redeeming qualities at some point in the future, but they have none now.

The show did not pick up for me until the 2nd to last ep of S1. It was a lot of setup setup setup. I called Beau into living to watch that ep with me because I knew he would find the show interesting at that point. I had to give him about 5 minutes of backstory (and he had seen the pilot when the show first aired) and then he was good to go.

Ha, right? He's quite brilliant at times, but he can also be very short-sighted.

Aw. I think I warmed up to Hank and Marie more as the series progressed. Hank is kinda gross early on. Marie is kind of annoying early on, but she's pretty and she looks good in purple.

That's when Walt blows up Tuco's office with SCIENCE!!, right?

Because books.

I think Amy was played by the same actress who played Priya on Big Bang Theory. And Parker made a friend!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

P-C, oh yes.

Beau is tentatively IN after that.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

28 minutes into Major Crimes, and it was going so well until the Rusty issue reared its ugly head.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm hating Major Crimes. Although, I kind of like Rusty. Raydor really nweds at least one character that actually likes her in order to make her sympathetic and human IMO. Brenda had several, even of the team initially hated her. Maybe Rusty can fullfill that role.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I never liked Brenda, so Major Crimes is easier for me. Watching around Raydor would be easier if I didn't like her (I do)--my problem is the focus on plea bargaining. It's like moving from the Terminator to the Compromiser.
